I. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM by Chairman Clay Rogers.

II. ROLL CALL:
Present – Barber, Hess, Meadows, Rogers
Robinson arrived at 6:43 PM
Cobb and Fortner absent with notice
Quorum Present

III. CONSENT AGENDA:
Hess moved to accept the Consent Agenda as written,
Commissioner Barber seconded the motion,
Motion passed, voice vote, all in favor.

IV. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA:

Hank Hess moved to take local parks’ tour
Commissioner Barber seconded the motion
Motion carried, voice vote, all in favor
Brenda will choose possible dates and send emails for Board members’ confirmation.

VIII. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Review and Discuss Golf Tournament – Discussion/ No Action Taken
2. Senior Citizens Luncheon/Grant – Discussion/ No Action Taken
3. Fishing Rodeo – Discussion/No Action Taken
